Old Mission San Fernando Cathedral
The site for this church was actually founded in 1731 but the church was not completed until 1755. Very few images of the mission exist and so my interpretation takes liberties such as the 22K gold domes and the multiple buttresses. My revisions to the façade of the mission include a rearrangement of windows to create a stronger composition and I carved a tiny statue of Ferdinand III of Castile for whom the church was named.
